Bar and Catering Staff Opportunity

We are currently recruiting for Bar/Catering Staff to join our team at Maesteg Golf Club. You will oversee the bar during your shift, making sure it is operating to its best and providing an excellent customer service.

Main Details

• Contract of Employment
• Hours and Rate of pay to be discussed on interview (Currently Minimum Living Wage)
• 20 days paid holiday per year
• 3-month probationary period
• Full training given
• Successful applicant to start as soon as possible

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and create a welcoming atmosphere
• Use a till to take orders and payments
• Cash Handling
• Collect glasses and wash up
• Keep the bar/kitchen area clean and well stocked
• Lock the building in the evenings

Skills required

• Bar work/Kitchen work experience -desirable
• Customer Orientation
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work as part of a team
